Crime Watch: Rims and Tires Stolen from Lakeview Mercedes

The following information was supplied by the RVC Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Arrest:

On March 29 at 1:53 a.m., Andrew B. Griffin Sr., 42, of Hempstead, was arrested for petit larceny at King Kullen, located at 127 Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre.

Criminal Mischief:

On March 30, police personnel responded to a Banks Avenue construction site for a large union demonstration. Avalon Bay construction personnel reported that unknown person(s) threw rocks causing damage to a security booth window valued at $100.

Larceny:

On April 1 at 11:55 a.m., a Glen Oaks resident reported that an unknown person stole the fog light housings from his vehicle while it was parked at King Kullen, located at 127 Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre.

On April 3 at 11:58 a.m. an employee of Lakeview Mercedes-Benz, located at 650 Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre, reported that an unknown person(s) stole twelve motor vehicle tires and rims from vehicles parked in the parking lot of the business sometime between April 2 at 6:30 p.m. and April 3 at 11:15 a.m.
