Crime Watch Part Two: Three Girls Attacked with Shoe on Sunrise Highway

Criminal Mischief:

On Nov. 15 at 1:12 p.m., a complainant from S. Park Avenue in Rockville Centre reported that a double-pane bedroom window was damaged by a thrown rock.

On Nov. 16 at 11 a.m., complainant owner of Bellini Furniture, located at 500 Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre, reported finding graffiti on the side of her building.

ID Theft:

On Nov. 16 at 7:45 p.m., a complainant from S. Kensington Avenue in Rockville Centre reported that unknown person(s) made purchases totaling $293 against her Chase Amazon account without authorization.

Property Lost:

On Nov. 17 at 3 p.m., a complainant from Powell Avenue in Rockville Centre reported that she lost her engagement ring valued at $38,000 sometime between Sept. 20 and Nov. 16.

Assault:

On Nov. 18 at 6:55 p.m., a 17 year-old Southard Avenue resident reported he was assaulted by an acquaintance while he was skateboarding with his friends at 242 Merrick Road.

On Nov. 19 at 4:30 a.m., three Brooklyn residents reported they were assaulted by an unknown female at the corner of Sunrise Highway and N. Village Avenue. The female struck all three male victims with a shoe. All were treated at Mercy Medical Center.
