Crime Watch Part Two: Front Street Business Damaged by Late-Night Fight

Criminal Mischief:

On Dec. 13 at about 9:30 a.m., a complainant from Rockville Centre DPW reported that unknown person(s) placed graffiti on a village owned fence located at 10 Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre.

Graffiti:

On Dec. 19 at 3:20 p.m., a complainant from Lakeside Drive in Rockville Centre reported that unknown person(s) placed graffiti on his fence.

Property Damage:

On Dec. 13 at 3:20 p.m., a complainant from Lakeview Avenue in Rockville Centre reported that his 2010 Chevrolet was damaged by unknown means while it was parked in Municipal Parking Field No. 19 between 6:12 p.m. and 6:58 p.m.

On Dec. 17 at 9:15 a.m., a complainant from S. Forest Avenue in Rockville Centre reported that his 2005 Mazda was damaged by unknown person(s) while parked at 54 S. Centre Ave. in Rockville Centre on Dec. 13.

On Dec. 17 at 10:55 p.m., a complainant from Yale Street in Williston Park reported that his 2010 Acura was damaged by unknown person(s) who were fighting in the vicinity of Frank’s Steakhouse, located at 54 Lincoln Ave. in Rockville Centre.

On Dec. 17 at 9 a.m., a complainant from Brower Avenue in Rockville Centre reported that a glass door valued at $500 located at Front Street Pizzeria, 45 Front St. in Rockville Centre, was damaged by unknown means sometime between Dec. 16 at 11 p.m. and Dec. 17 at 8 a.m.

On Dec. 20 at 4:10 p.m., complainant security supervisor from the Diocese of Rockville Centre, located at 50 N. Park Ave. in Rockville Centre, reported that a glass door valued at $100 was damaged by unknown means sometime between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Unusual Incident:

On Dec. 12 at 5:15 p.m., a complainant from Arrandale Road in Rockville Centre reported that unknown person(s) used her social security number to open a Pay Pal account in her name without authorization.

On Dec. 12 at 3:20 p.m., a complainant from Leggz Dance Studio, located at 486 Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre, reported that the mother of a former student caused a disturbance at the dance studio.

Property Lost:

On Dec. 14 at 7:40 p.m., a complainant from N. Long Beach Road in Rockville Centre reported that his wife’s assorted jewelry valued at approximately $10,100 was lost sometime since June 1, 2010.

On Dec. 16 at 6:14 p.m., a complainant from New York Avenue in Rockville Centre reported that he lost property that included his driver license and credit card while in the vicinity of 310 Merrick Road in Rockville Centre sometime since Dec. 15 at 11:10 p.m.
