Crime Watch: DWI and Petit Larceny Arrests

Recent police activity as reported by the RVC PD.

The following information was supplied by the RVC Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Arrest:

On Nov. 29 at 2:23 a.m., Denni Rodriguez, 36, of Rockville Centre, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and VTL violations following a police investigation at N. Village Avenue and Front Street in Rockville Centre.

On Dec. 2 at 2:18 p.m., Elfriede Czerpeanyn, 74, of Lynbrook, was arrested for petit larceny following a police investigation at Home Goods, located at 150 N. Village Ave. in Rockville Centre.

On Dec. 4 at 9:35 p.m., Michael D. Traux, 31, of Taylorsville, Kentucky was arrested for an Indiana arrest warrant for burglary, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and VTL violations following a police investigation on Sunrise Highway in Rockville Centre.

On Nov. 29 at approximately 11:28 a.m., Nishon Parson, 36, of Hempstead, was arrested after a foot pursuit for second-degree burglary and third-degree criminal trespass following a police investigation for a reported two suspicious males in the rear of the house at 212 Seaman Ave. in Rockville Centre.

On Dec. 2, Pamela A Scales, 27, of Roosevelt was arrested for second-degree burglary following a police investigation for a reported two suspicious males in the rear of the house at 212 Seaman Ave. in Rockville Centre on Nov. 30.
