Crime Watch: Criminal Trespass and Theft Arrests

Recent police activity as reported by the RVC PD.

The following information was supplied by the RVC Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

On June 28 at 1:19 a.m., Jerome F. Tyson, 21, of Wyandanch, was arrested and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation and failure to maintain lane after he was observed operating a 1997 Acura on N. Long Beach Road.

On June 30, Arthur W. Pierce, 61, of Lakeview, was arrested for criminal trespass following an investigation at Saint Agnes Cathedral, located at 29 Quealy Place in Rockville Centre.

On June 30, Sandra Gooden, 64, of Queens Village, was arrested for petit larceny following an investigation at Home Goods, located at 150 N. Village Ave. in Rockville Centre.

On July 4 at 12:24 a.m., Stacy E. Ward, 68, of Central Islip, was arrested for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and VTL violations following a police investigation at N. Long Beach Road and Capitolian Boulevard in Rockville Centre.

On July 4 at 12:46 a.m., Kenneth Fitzpatrick, 24, of Dix Hills, was arrested for first-degree criminal contempt following a police investigation on Maine Avenue in Rockville Centre.
