Crime Watch: RVC Man Arrested For Assault, Menacing, Resisting Arrest
Recent police activity as reported by the RVC PD.

Arrest: On Dec. 22 at 2:30 a.m., Heather L. Essman, age 30, of N. Village Avenue, Rockville Centre was arrested for Petit Larceny following a police investigation at King Kullen 127 Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre.
On Dec. 24 at 11:56 p.m., Victor D. Moore, 21 years of N. Kensington Avenue, Rockville Centre was arrested for Petit Larceny following a police investigation at 7-11 324 Merrick Road, Rockville Centre.

On Dec. 27 at 9:57 p.m., Stephen Radi, 36 years of Cumberland Street, Rockville Centre was arrested for Assault 3rd Degree, Menacing 2nd Degree, and Resisting Arrest following a police investigation at his residence.
Village Code Violation: On Dec. 24 at 12:47 a.m., manager Michael L. Frasca was issued an appearance ticket for ABC violation Selling Alcohol to a Visibly Intoxicated Person while at McFadden’s Bar 210 Merrick Road, Rockville Centre.

Burglary: On Dec. 24 at 10:50 a.m., a complainant from Grand Avenue, Rockville Centre reported that sometime between Friday, 12/23/2011 3:00 PM and Saturday, 12/24/2011 10:15 AM unknown person(s) stole assorted jewelry from her apartment; there was no sign of forced entry and the front door was reported to have been unlocked.
Larceny: On Dec. 21 at 9:45 a.m., the manager at American Laser Skin Care, 371 Merrick Road, Rockville Centre reported that an unknown person stole $1600.00 U.S. currency from a locked cabinet in the office sometime between 12/16/2011 and 12/19/2011.
On Dec. 21 at 2:00 p.m., a Jefferson Avenue, Rockville Centre resident reported that an unknown person stole jewelry and prescription medication while contractors were working in his residence on 11/28/2011.
On Dec. 21 at 5:30 p.m., the manager at R.J. Daniel’s Restaurant, 279A Sunrise Highway, Rockville Centre reported that an unknown person stole two cases of beer from a refrigeration unit on 12/20/2011 at 4:30 PM.
On Dec. 26 at 1:00 a.m., a complainant from 7-11 324 Merrick Road, Rockville Centre reported that an unknown female stole a carton of Newport cigarettes valued at $110.00 US and fled in a motor vehicle driven by a male operator southbound into Municipal Parking Field #8.
On Dec. 26 at 4:27 p.m., a complainant from Rockville Centre reported that unknown person(s) stole her purse while in the vicinity of 48 N. Village Avenue, Rockville Centre.
On Dec. 24 at 10:50 a.m., a complainant from Judson Place, Rockville Centre reported that unknown person(s) stole a wallet and contents sometime on Friday, 12/23/2011 sometime between 11:00 PM and 11:30 PM while at George Martin 65 N. Park Avenue, Rockville Centre; unauthorized purchases were reported to have been made with complainant’s stolen credit cards.
On Dec. 24 at 6:30 p.m., a complainant from Tarence Street, Rockville Centre reported that sometime between Saturday, 10/01/2011 and Sunday, 10/30/2011 her brother stole gold utensils from her residence and sold them without authorization.
On Dec. 23 at 4:30 p.m., a complainant from N. Forest Avenue, Rockville Centre reported that unknown person(s) stole seven rings and a crystal ring holder valued at $2,500.00 US total from her bedroom sometime between Saturday, 12/17/2011 12:00 PM and Friday, 12/23/2011 3:30 PM.
