A Queens man was found dead in Valley Stream after he had been shot several times, according to Nassau County Police.
Detectives said Richard Baccus, 50, of Rosedale, was found in a black 2004 BMW 525 in a parking lot adjacent to Ay Caramba on Merrick Road. Baccus "suffered from multiple gunshot wounds" and was pronounced dead at the scene by a Nassau County AMT, police reported. His body was discovered at 11:55 p.m. Monday, cops said.
Detectives are asking anyone with information about this incident to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
