To the Man Throwing Dog Crap in Sewer

I saw you creep!! This morning on the corner of N. Village and Lakeview I was privy to an unpleasant sight.  A middle aged white male was kind enough to pick up his dog's mess, but then decided to throw the entire bag in the sewer!! 

Hey scum bag, find a garbage can.  Next time I'm going to take a video with my phone and post it on here with YOUR NAME to really embarrass you.  I know who you are and I knew you were lazy but come on.... You are an embarrassment to RVC.
