Baldwin Desperately Needs a Patch

Baldwin desperately needs a Patch. We have no government entity and are only an incorporated village in the Town of Hempstead.  This hampered our efforts to recovery from Sandy. We are a school district and a library. We have no community center.

 Let's be honest. RVC cannot represent Baldwin.
