THE THREE WISEMEN RETURN TO UNITED CHURCH DECEMBER 15TH

For 80 consecutive years the United Church, 430 Morris Avenue in Rockville Centrehas invited the community to its
annual white gift service.  If you are a family who feels the commercialism of the holiday season is
overshadowing the meaning of Christmas for your children, attending this
pageant will help you emphasize the story of the Nativity.  Costumed
performers enact the the story of the birth of Christ.  Throughout the
performance the choir and those attending will sing Christmas Carols that
support the story as it unfolds.  At the end of the performance those
attending will present their gifts, wrapped in white, to the Christ Child as did the Wisemen over 2,000 years ago.  The
gifts will be distributed by New Ground to local families in need.

The church invites you and your family to the
pageant which begins at 5:00 PM on Sunday December 15th.
