EAT.SHOP.ROCK. RVC 2014 - SATURDAY JUNE 7th - 12p-9p - PARK AVE

Come celebrate the best of RVC on a nice early summer day.  The RVC Chamber of Commerce is proud to sponsor the 1st Annual EAT.SHOP.ROCK.RVC.  This event focuses on all things Rockville Centre. Park Ave will be shut down and people will be able to enjoy amazing food, great shopping, learn about community organization and listen to two stages of great music, arts and entertainment.  The even runs from 12pm-9pm and there is something for everyone with rides and activities from 12-6 for kids and family's and for the adults there will be great shopping, live music and outdoor table service from all the restaurants.  Parking will be free for the day.

There will over 120 booths at the event, all of which are represented by RVC businesses and organizations.  The main stage will be the corner of Sunrise Hwy and Park Ave and will feature musical performances by Jahstix, the School of Rock All-Stars, Matt Barthel and Jerry and the Newcomers. Additionally, you can be entertained by special performances from Maple Ave Dance, the Hagen-Kavanagh School and the Molloy College Cabaret. A second performance area will be by Lincoln Ave as well featuring a number of local groups and performers from the Middle School, High School and the community.
