The RVC Youth Council and the RVC Guild for the Arts invite you and your family to come and chalk your message on the sidewalk in front of Village Hall. The theme for Saturday, August 17, our last Chalk Talk of the year, is Creative Arts and Safe Driving. Bring your creative spirit and open mind and join others from the community for a fun morning. Chalk will be provided. Morning refreshments provided by Bialystok & Bloom. State Farm Insurance will provide free back packs promoting safe driving for teens.
