Bethany House Zumba Benefit at SKY Athletic Club!

Join us at Sky Athletic Club on Friday, January 24th

from 7:30-9:00 pm for an incredible workout for an incredible cause! Sky's

Zumba instructors team up to help raise money for the Bethany House, dedicated to improving the lives of homeless women and children on Long

Island. Zumba instructors, Carla and Kristen,

will be at the front of the room showing you how to dance to high energy music from around the world

with easy to follow HOT Latin Choreography. A bit of salsa, meringue, cha-cha,
belly dance and more! Great for toning the hips and tummy!

Try your luck with
our Great Raffles. Beverages and snacks will be served.

Suggested $20
minimum donation. Must pre-register at Sky front desk for this 90- minute
Cardio Class. Non-members welcome. You don't have to stay for the entire
class--but you'll want to!
