- The South Side girls varsity soccer team has started its season 6-0, while outscoring opponents 20-0. Head coach Shannon McEntee has been a big part of the team's success. Click here to read all about the head coach and how she started.
- Speaking of soccer, the boys varsity team takes on a tough Garden City squad today at 4:30 p.m. at Skelos Field. After a hot 4-0-1 start, the team has now dropped two straight. Be there to cheer on the Cyclones.
- Speaking of Skelos Field, a couple of residents have started talking about steps to keep the area a little safer after multiple larcenies at the field in the last couple of weeks.
