LONG ISLAND EXPRESS MASTERS SWIMMING

Long Island Express Swimming is proud to announce the addition of our new team - Express Masters! Express is a member club of USA Swimming, training at the Hofstra University Swim Center. Now in its 25th year we have become a member of US Masters Swimming as well, and have a program for adults. Just as our youth program, we offer professional instruction for the novice swimmer as well as the National caliber athlete. 

Long Island Express boasts one of the best youth swim teams in the area. Over the years its graduating members have gone on to some of the best universities in the country as well as success in all endeavors of their lives, many much beyond swimming. These are the true rewards and the attitude and reputation we wish to carry onto our Masters program. It has been a long term goal and will continue that Express works hard at trying to meet each team member's needs no matter what the level of swimming they are at. 

Membership is seasonal, and because of our already outstanding rapport with the Hofstra Swim Center, rates are low. There will be both morning and evening sessions for a variety of ability levels. We provide workouts ranging from a challenging, competition based setting, to simple personal health and fitness goals. Whatever your preference, we at Express know that developing athletes of all levels takes a personal approach, and we are proud to be able to provide such a service.

-12 anytime practice package for $160. Does not expire. 
-3 month membership $310 (10% discount for teachers, lifeguards, first responders & senior citizens $279) plus annual USMS fee $45.00
