Where to Watch the Super Bowl in RVC

The 49ers and Ravens square off at 6:30 p.m. Sunday.

Super Bowl XLVII kicks off at 6:30 p.m. Sunday as the NFC champion San Francisco 49ers take on the AFC champion Baltimore Ravens at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans.

The 49ers stifling defense -- led by All-Pro linebacker Patrick Willis -- will go head-to-head with future hall-of-famer Ray Lewis -- playing in his last season -- and the Ravens' defense.

But the main headline for Sunday's big game isn't on the field, it's on the sidelines. Opposing head coaches John Harbaugh (Baltimore) and Jim Harbaugh (San Francisco) will be the first brothers to coach against each other in the Super Bowl.

So where can you watch this monumental showdown in Rockville Centre?

I've heard that McFadden's (210 Merrick Road) is also doing an open bar and halftime buffet for $25.

No offense Matt, you may not know.....Is this the same McFaddens that caters to out of town thugs, underage drinkers and is a bane to the RVC Police Dept. and all its neighbors on Merrick Rd.? That McFaddens? Unless there has been a dramatic transformation or a recent change in ownership, this has been the case at that location. I think there are alot more reputable business's in town we could be promoting.

You do not mention Monahan's? Why? Kathleen and Niall Gunn are the owners and RVC residents. Monahan's sponsors many of RVC sports teams. They consistantly let charitys to use there establishment for raising funds. The Gunn's give so much back to RVC. What does McFaddens do for RVC???????????
