RVC PBA to Host Fundraiser for Greystone Deli
Event to be held at Kasey's Kitchen and Cocktails on Oct. 17.
The Rockville Centre Police Benevolent Association is sponsoring a fundraiser to benefit the Waxon family, owners of the that .
The fundraiser will be held on Oct. 17 at 7 p.m., and tickets to the fundraiser at , located at 23 North Park Ave., are $50.
On the night of July 17, fire department officials said flames spread through the ceiling of the deli, and firefighters were on the roof trying to extinguish the blaze, which they said appeared to be electrical in nature.

Greystone Deli had been at its location at 214 Long Beach Road since 1943. Waxon has owned the business for more than 20 years.
