  • Position: System Director for Organization Effectiveness
  • Duties: This role will lead the OE department and set the strategy, goals and policies of the OE function. As such, the qualified candidate will set priorities, manage department resources and partner with multiple functions within HR and across the organization to effectively execute on the department’s goals. In addition, this role provides thought leadership to the design and execution of culture transformation initiatives, employee engagement processes, performance management, leadership development, and large scale organizational restructuring efforts. As a subject matter expert, this role will advise, mentor and coach members of the HR division and on key OE topics. The role will provide internal consulting in the areas of change management, organization design, leadership development, and succession planning. You will be expected to lead projects independently, coach others, and provide thought leadership and creative ideas to help evolve our OE function to a world-class level. Finally, this role will work collaboratively with the all HR Executives to create and deliver holistic, integrated HR solutions to the organization.
