Aperitif Bistro Lounge Wine Bar Serves Mother’s Day Brunch & Dinner
Aperitif Bistro Lounge Wine Bar, Rockville Centre’s first French bistro, will celebrate Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 13 with brunch and dinner. Brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $21 per person and includes a Bloody Mary or Mimosa. Dinner will be offered from 4 to 10 p.m. with the regular a la carte menu and chef specials. The brunch menu includes:

* Salmon Gravlax served with potato pancake, cucumber, and dill capers olive oil

* Quiche Lorraine made with gruyère cheese and bacon served with mixed greens
SALADS with grilled chicken or grilled hanger steak
* Mixed greens salad with blue cheese, pear, candied walnuts dried cherries in a champagne vinaigrette
* Traditional Caesar Salad in a creamy Caesar dressing served with croutons
* Cold Seafood Salad with shrimp, mussels, calamari, scallops and a citrus olive oil dressing
