What type of merchandise do you sell?

We carry women’s clothing, both casual and dressy. We sell tops and pants, but we specialize in dresses for special occasions, like proms and sweet sixteens. We also have jewelry and handbags to go with the dresses. 

What makes RVC a good location for Menagerie?

We have been here for five years and we get a lot of local shoppers who come in. But because Rockville Centre is centrally located on Long Island, we get customers who come in from many other areas too.

What is the busiest time of year in the store?

It varies from season to season, but prom season is always very busy for us since we have so many dresses. The girls start coming in to try them on during the springtime. 

Do you offer any special discounts or incentives for your customers?

We don’t really put up signs advertising discounts or anything like that, but we do work with customers to help them find pieces that are within their own budgets. If they have a certain amount of money they can spend, we will help them find something in that price range.

What can customers expect from their experience at Menagerie?

We try to give everyone who comes in the best customer service that we can. We also try to give everyone personal attention so that we can help them with their individual needs, whether it is finding the best style for their body or finding a dress within their price range.
