What are your most popular camps?

Football, lacrosse and soccer.

What kind of training is involved in your speed camps?

Using the Nike Sparq testing protocol and the functional movement screen, athletes are evaluated, tested, and corrected to (a point where they) immediately improve at their sport. The Rockville Centre location allows athletes access to powerlifting, Vertimax, Rivalus nutrition strategy, hurdles and technical running expertise in a private athletic development center, as well as 55,000 square feet of playing fields, courts and weight rooms.

What is the main goal of your nutrition program?

Athletes are spending more time than ever integrating all aspects of increasing performance into their daily lives. A football player has different nutritional needs than a soccer player or golfer. Sports that differ in intensities and duration of movement require different quantities and types of foods to maximize performance. Having the proper nutrition program is one of the most important components that can increase athletic potential. We take all the guesswork out of what to eat to suit the energy demands of each sport.
