The RVC Youth Council Present: What Could Have Been- A Substance Abuse Awareness Campaign

Rockville Centre Youth Council, Inc., a 501 c-3 organization, brings together Rockville Centre teens with dedicated adults to prevent substance use by highlighting the dangers of underage drinking and illegal drug use

Each of the mannequins in the exhibit is decorated to represent one of the countless young and talented artists and musicians whose lives were cut short due to substance abuse.

The mannequins were designed by members of the Youth Council as well as members of many other groups in Rockville Centre, such as Mercy Medical Center, The Lions Club, The RVC Village Art Club, Sandel Center, South Side High School, South Side Middle School, and others.
