Snow Emergency Declared for RVC
No parking allowed, village offices hold delayed opening in light of the snowstorm.
As Hercules bears down on Long Island, Rockville Centre has preparations in place.
The Village of Rockville Centre declared a snow emergency Thursday for when the blizzard hit.
According to RVCPD, cars may not park on any roadway within the village.

They also announced that all overnight parking permits were cancelled in an effort to keep cars off the roads.
RVC Village offices will be opening at 11 a.m. Friday.
