He loves the food at Kasey's, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and the TV comedy, 'Two and Half Men.'

As part of Rockville Centre Patch's ongoing effort to show residents the more personal side of local officials and authorities, Chamber of Commerce President Larry Siegal sat down with Patch to give us an in-depth look at the man who cares most about Rockville Centre businesses. Siegal has been the president of the Chamber for the past three years and owns At Your Service Limousine company.

Patch: If you had a ticket to anywhere in the world, where would you go?

Larry Siegal: Definitely Italy. I've been there before and I love touring the country. It's got the Vatican, the people are nice, the food is great. The countryside is gorgeous.

Patch: What did you eat for breakfast this morning?

LS: McDonald's breakfast! I had a steak and egg muffin with a hash brown.

Patch: What's one television show that you can't miss?

LS: Two and a Half Men. The comedy in that show is amazing.

Patch: If you could relive one day in your life, which would it be?

LS: It would be the birth of my daughter Lindsay. She's the person I love most in this world.

Patch: What do you listen to in your car on the way to work?

LS: WCBS 101.1 FM.

Patch: If you ran into an old friend from high school, how would they remember you?

LS: Put it this way. I just had my 30-year high school reunion, so I'm pretty sure people remember me as a funny guy. I was definitely a jokester.

Patch: Can you think of a fond childhood memory?

LS: I was a lucky kid. I had great parents. Our family was very close. Every year, we would go down to Florida, like during school breaks. It was my whole family — my sister, my grandparents. We went to Orlando, Miami, and even stayed in the FontaineBleau Hotel.

Patch: What's your favorite place to go in the village?

LS: Kasey's. I like the atmosphere there. I go when it's quiet, plus the food is really good there.

Patch: If you could only listen to one musician for the rest of your life, who would it be?

LS: My favorite group is Lynyrd Skynyrd. I'm a classic rock guy. My favorite song has to be Free Bird.
