PREVIEW: Pohevitz Set for Second Episode of 'Survivor: Caramoan'

Oceanside resident looks to advance in search of $1 million prize.

Oceanside's Allie Pohevitz returns Wednesday for the second episode in the new season of "Survivor: Caramoan."

The 25-year-old is competing on the 26th season of the hit CBS show, which has put a tribe of 10 "fans" against a tribe of 10 "favorites." Pohevitz is a part of the former and is competing for a $1 million prize.

Pohevitz "survived" the premiere episode last week, but jumped onto her tribe's radar when she formed a romantic alliance with another member of the tribe.

"Not a smart move," Pohevitz's tribe member Laura Alexander said. "Romantic alliances do not work on 'Survivor.' You're going to get targeted right away."

Catch Pohevitz in action at 8 p.m. Wednesday and see if she survive another episode.
