Hurricane keeps power out in most of village.
Local residents flocked to the middle of Rockville Centre Village once again Thursday morning in attempt to use power outlets and buy supplies.
With most of the power out around the village and trees still down in the streets, RVC is still feeling the effects of Hurricane Sandy.
