Mercy Hosting Free Presentation on Heart Attacks and Strokes

Presentation scheduled for Feb. 6.

Mercy Medical Center is hosting a free lecture on heart attacks and strokes at the Baldwin Public Library on Feb. 6 at 2 p.m.

The hour-long presentation will be given by Dr. Thierry Duchatellier, Mercy’s Chief of Cardiology, who will explain the mechanisms of heart attacks and strokes, as well as the warning signs and risk factors associated with these conditions and how to control them.

Duchatellier has been practicing medicine for more than 20 years and is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology/Cadiovascular Medicine and Nuclear Cardiology.

There is no charge for attending the presentation and advance registration is not required to attend.
