Town of Hempstead Senior Councilman Anthony J. Santino, Assemblyman Brian Curran, R-Lynbrook, and Rockville Centre Mayor Fran Murray joined the Rosa Lee Young Childhood Center’s 40th Anniversary Celebration last week.
The non-profit organization, a New York State chartered school, also offers programs for toddles, preschoolers and kindergartners while also offering after-school care programs for school-aged children.
Santino, Curran and Murray also honored several of the evening's award recipients for their volunteerism and assistance in support the Center's day-to-day operations and mission.
