We found many festivals you won't want to miss, from the kind filled with rides and zeppoles to those that celebrate different cultures. Also, check out some cool musical performances.

RIDES, FOOD, MUSIC & MORE

Where: , 24 Westminster Rd., West Hempstead
What: Family Festival
When: Friday, June 3, 6 p.m. – 11 p.m.; Saturday, June 4, 2 p.m. – 11 p.m. and Sunday, June 5, 2 p.m. – 8 p.m. 
Why Go: Everything for a fun-filled day or night is here in one place. Games, rides, food and entertainment all await you at this festival. The bands Usual Suspects and Rick & Ted will be performing.

SUNDANCE FOR KIDS
Where: Long Island Children’s Museum, 11 Davis Ave. in E. Garden City
What: Kid’s FilmFest
When: Sunday, June 5, 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
Why Go: Watch films that include "Now & Then" directed by Angela Besharah, "Barko" directed by Allison Craig and "The Driving Accident" directed by Rio Fitch. Film program tailored for children of all ages.

TRAVEL TO GREECE
Where: Greek Orthodox Church of St. Paul, 110 Cathedral Ave., Hempstead. 
What: Spring Festival
When: Friday, June 3, 6 p.m.- 11 p.m., Saturday, June 4, 2 p.m.-11p.m. and Sunday, June 5, 1 p.m.- 9 p.m. 
Why Go: Celebrate the Greek culture, food and music at this fun festival. There will be dancing, rides, games vendors and plenty of food.

GERMAN FESTIVAL
Where: Plattduetsche Park Restaurant, 1132 Hempstead Tpk., Franklin Square
What: German Celebration
When: Sunday, June 5 at noon
Why Go: This is a day to enjoy good food, good music and good times! There will be live music, vendors and German food and German beer. 
Cost: $10

'COME TO THE CABARET'
Where: , 111 W. Park Ave.
What: Cabaret Festival “Conversations”
When:  Saturday, June 4, 1:30 p.m.
Why Go: This cabaret panel will feature Rob Lester, Jeff Cubeta, Pamela Lewis, Eric Michael Gillett and other guest artists.
Cost: free

What: Cabaret Festival “Widescreen: Songs from and About the Movies”
When: Saturday, June 4, 8 p.m.
Why Go: Vocalist Eric Michael Gillett will hold a discussion and performance detailing “Songs From and About the Movies.”

MUSIC-FEST
Where: , 60 N. Park Ave., Rockville Centre
What: ‘Screaming into Silence’ multi-band performance
When: Sunday, June 5, 3:30 p.m.
Why Go: This music filled experience features many bands to suit a varied taste. Come check out your new favorite bands: Waiting on Exile, No Soul to Take, The Horrors You've Seen, Jam Session Nation, Reaching the Surface
Cost: $10 in advance or $12 the day of the show

MUSICAL TRIBUTE
Where: , 280 Central Ave., Lawrence
What: An evening with Irving Berlin
When: Sunday, June 5, 7: 30 p.m.
Why Go: This experience is like no other, featuring a costumed musical performance of Irving Berlin.

WOODSTOCK JR.
Where: North Hempstead Beach Park 
What: KidStock
When: Saturday, June 4, noon – 5 p.m.
Why Go: Enjoy an open-air family festival featuring an entertaining blend of folk, rock, “kid hop” and “kindie rock” that parents and their kids can participate in together.
