Town of Hempstead Senior Councilman Anthony J. Santino joined the Hispanic Brotherhood of Rockville Centre to celebrate the Epiphany at the organization’s 30th Three Kings Day Celebration.
Three Kings Day, or Dia de Reves, falls annually on January 6. This day is formally the Feast of the Epiphany on the church calendar, the 12th day after Christmas, when the Gospel of Matthew says the Magi arrived bearing gifts for the divine child, Jesus.
Councilman Santino joined the pageant’s participants as well as other youngsters from the Hispanic Brotherhood of Rockville Centre’s Executive Director, Margarita Grasing, and Vice President, Alex Cepero.
