"Tom Levin is a gifted attorney and colleague," said Chuck Thompson, Executive Director of IMLA. "Like James Epps, Tom is at the top of his field. His contributions to Nassau County and the state of New York are of great importance, and they will leave a lasting imprint in the field of municipal law. Honoring him with this award will encourage other exceptional lawyers to pursue local government law."
