Declining South Side Rankings Could Have Been Disclosed Weeks Ago

According to PTA High School President, she was aware of the decline in South Side's ranking weeks ago. Yet the district still has not come forward publically through this publication or the Herald to disclose that information to the public. Are they just unable to explain the decline or are the trying to manipulate the public message prior to the BOE election?
