Another Strong Performance by RVC Spartans Ice Hockey Team

The RVC Spartans hockey team go on to win their 7th victory of the season last night at the Long Beach Arena.With 26 shots on goal they over power the Wantagh/Seaford team with a final score of 4-1.This is the first game where the Spartans only allowed 1 goal against,ther best defensive performance of the year.With the new addition of Colin Hamilton to the team,RVC rotated 5 defensemen throught out the game.Brian Albertsen turned in his best performance of the season allowing only 1 goal and stopping 17 others.RVC's scoring was Andrew Cardi 2 goals,Pat Kavanagh 1 goal, and Chris Martello 1 goal.Assists by Tony Marco,Brendan Daly,and Andrew Cardi.The Spartans took only 2 penalties through out the whole game.
