I would like to know when rvc officials are rowing to end the crime that's been ongoing on cedar ave?. Will it take the rape go a young girl or a fire that will certainly break out in the house being occupied by registered sex offender who lives in a house with no electricity and who's income comes from the sale of drugs . Will it be a death of someone in a fire or drug shoot out in the middle cedar ave to finally remove this parasite from our neighborhood? Yes Fran this is directed at you?
