- Movie on the Lawn: Molloy College is hosting its free "Movie on the Lawn Thursdays." Thursday's movie will be E.T. The film will be shown on the lawn between the Kellenberg and the Public Square buildings and opens at 7:30 p.m. for blankets and picnicking. Films begin at sunset, shortly after 8 p.m.
- Weather: From the National Weather Service, during the day: "A chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after noon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 81. Southeast wind 6 to 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50 percent. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms." At night: " Showers and thunderstorms likely before midnight, then a chance of showers. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain. Cloudy, with a low around 68. East wind 11 to 13 mph becoming northwest after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 70 percent. New rainfall amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible."
